Going on Vacation for a few weeks, will post up some stuff while I'm there or when I get back.

Baking banana bread at home

This weekend I decided that the bananas that were sitting on the counter were starting to look a little ripe, so what does that mean?  It's time to break out the trusty ole stand mixer and bake some banana bread.

 

Got all my prep ready on the most part.  Eggs, flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and of course bananas.
